Asylum can deliver amazing results but, as with any program, it all depends on how much effort and dedication you put into it. Not only will you lift more, jump higher and have more endurance, but you will also have more stamina to power through workouts. After completing the program and following the workouts and the nutrition plan, you should expect to see marked results both in your appearance and your performance.
